Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we love custom orders! Just contact us through the convo page or email us and give us your ideas, pictures, etc. and we will work with you to make your x-ray marker idea a reality.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All are markers are custom made to order and we process the orders as they are received. It typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to make the markers and then if you choose regular shipping add 3 to 5 days.
I lost or damaged one of my markers. Can you make just one?
Yes! Look for the Single replacement marker in our shop and you can order the marker you need. Be sure to let us know if it is the left or right marker and give us your initials/numbers that you would like on them.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes! We have a limited number of rush orders that we can do. This puts your order ahead of the queue so you can get your marker quicker. Look for it in our shop.
Can I order 2 left or 2 right markers?
Yes, you can order only left or right markers go to the listing that says Left or Right only markers. Choose your markers from the drop down list. If you don't see what you are looking for you can contact us at info.kbmarkers.com and we will get you what you need.
Where do I send my pictures for a custom photograph order?
You can email your pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to give us your name and initials so we can match up your order with your picture.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. All orders shipping outside the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. KB Markers is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
My package is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it. What can I do?
This can be so frustrating!
Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside.
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Sometimes packages are too big to fit in your mailbox and they are given to the rental office for safe keeping.
Call your local post office with the tracking number and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.
If you still can't find your package please let us know and we will take it from there.
Do you accept returns?
No, we don't take returns due to the fact that these are custom-made with your personalization. If there is something wrong please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
